COLLABORATIVE LAW SERVICES
Collaborative Law is a client-centered approach that
provides separating couples the opportunity to resolve their divorce without
adversarial tactics or court proceedings. The Collaborative Law process utilizes
the services of a multi-disciplinary team which include lawyers, relationship
coaches, child specialists and
financial advisors.
After each individual in the party hires their own collaboratively trained lawyer, the lawyers then jointly assess the couples needs and priorities to develop the best approach to resolving their divorce. Once it has been determined who will be part of the team, all members sign the same agreement and work together to keep the parties out of court and moving towards a positive outcome for all.
